# 1 Martha Stewarts Foolproof Pie Crust
Serves 8 - Preparation :15 Cook :00 Stand 4:00 Total 4:15
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 sticks butter, unsalted, cut into 1 tbsp. pcs., very cold
1/4 to 1/2 cup water, cold
Instructions
Put the flour, salt and sugar into a food processor and pulse once or twice. Add the butter and process until the mixture looks grainy. Then slowly, while pulsing, add the water until you can form the dough by pressing it between your fingers.
Decant the loose dough onto a piece of plastic wrap. Using the wrap, fold the loose dough towards the middle and press with the back of your hands to form dough. Split into two pieces and wrap each and chill for at least 4 hours before using. Dough can be made ahead for up to one week.
# 2 French Silk Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 eggs, extra large
1 pinch salt
1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST II
whipped cream
chopped nuts
chocolate curls
Instructions
To prepare the filling, cream the butter, sugar and cocoa for 5 minutes, scraping the bowl often. Add each egg seperately and beat for a full 5 minutes after the addition of each egg. Scrape the bowl often. Pour the mixture into a cool crust and chill. Pipe whipped cream around the edge and sprinkle with chopped nuts and chocolate curls. Serve chilled or frozen.
# 3 The 10 Minute German Sweet Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients
(1 servings)
1 pk BAKER'S (R) GERMAN'S
Sweet chocolate
1/3 c Milk
2 tb Sugar (opt)
1 pk (3 oz) cream cheese, soft.
1 Container COOL WHIP (R)
Topping, thawed
1 Graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
1). Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk over low heat, stirring until melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture, beat until smooth. 2). Fold COOL WHIP (R) topping into chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. 3). Spoon mixture into crust. Freeze about 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
# 4 Strawberry Sherbet
Makes about 1 quart.
Two 1 -pint baskets strawberries (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
Optional: A few drops of lemon juice or kirsch
Rinse, dry, and hull the strawberries. Purée them with the water and sugar. Taste and adjust the flavor with a few drops of lemon or kirsch if needed. Freeze according to the instructions for your ice cream maker.

# 5 Graham Cracker Crust II
Serves 1 - Preparation :05 Cook :10 Stand :15 Total :30
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine
1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Pat into a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
